Most of the Geirangerfjord is not accessible by car. There is actually just one street going through Geiranger. Said street comes down from the Dalsnibba in a very spectacular way, goes through Geiranger, follows the fjord for about a kilometer and turns into the mountains again immediately afterwards. The route from Geiranger to Eidsdalen is known as the Ørnevegen and is equally spectacular. The view must be fantastic, just this morning... ...it wasn't. I didn't take any photos at the Ørnevegen. Just look at the above picture and take away the water, the boat and the mountain and you know what the view was like.   (189/401)
