Here is some of the recipies i use for BBQ
Beer Chicken
Do the usual when youre doing a whole chicken, cleaning it etc.
Towel dry the chicken. Rub inside and out with your favorite rub, and wrap in clingfilm and let it sit refriedgerated for 30 minutes.
Pick your favorite beer, or in my case, whatever you decided to get drunk on the night before. So far, out of four beers tested, i think that Bud Select works good, but the cheap stuff is good too.
Open the can, and put some more puncture holes in the top of it too.
Insert into the chickens ass (dont get too excited)

You can sit the chicken in a frying pan or tinfoil, or whatever will stop flameups.
Put on a medium high heat. A 4lb chicken takes about 40 - 45 minutes to reach the best temperature.


ve heard of people experimenting with Coke and Sprite etc which *THEY* say tastes good, but im a beer man, and beer ill stick too.
BTW, this comes out really moist and is an excellent way to cook chicken. |
